I oversee all marketing, sales, events and communications for Share to Buy, a property portal specialising in affordable home ownership and which delivers the Mayor of London's FIRST STEPS scheme.Since Share to Buy were appointed to the contract by the GLA in April 2013, the FIRST STEPS portal has attracted over 230,000 new registrants, generated over 800,000 property enquiries and over 40,000 attendees to our London Home Show events.Responsibilities include:* the organisation, marketing and managing of twice-yearly London Homes Shows which attract between 4-5k attendees and a large number of exhibitors from the intermediate home ownership sector. The event is the major event for first time buyers in London and is supported by the Mayor of London.* production of marketing, PR, and social media strategies* B2B marketing and communications* management of the Share to Buy brand, including overseeing the implementation of brand guidelines* stakeholder relationship management* production of social media strategies and ongoing management of social media channels* liaising with design agencies and IT contractors* overseeing the production of marketing materials, both hard copy and online, including signage, flyers, brochures, web banners, photography* monitoring and reporting on performance of website, marketing activity and revenue associated with the property portal

• Responsible for marketing new build property developments in South East London for the outright sale and shared ownership markets• Devise sales and marketing strategies for each development • Identify target markets and manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for sales teams to achieve sales targets• Manage and market to leads database for each scheme• Manage creative agency to create bespoke visual identities for developments• Oversee production of marketing requirements including marketing suites, marketing collateral and promotional campaign materials e.g. signage, design of marketing suite, show apartment furnishing, interactive floor plan models, brochures, advertising, websites, HTML emailers, CGI’s and photography• Manage media agency and media purchase for each scheme• Managing marketing budgets for schemes and region
