For much of his career, Mr. Limner served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer for Continental Real Estate Companies (CREC). CREC grew to be the largest and most respected independent commercial real estate service provider in Florida, managing a multibillion-dollar portfolio of more than 13 million square feet of office and retail assets. CREC employed over 100 professionals specializing in leasing, management, accounting, construction and brokerage services for a wide variety of clients, including some of the world’s most prestigious and innovative investors. Prior to joining CREC, Mr. Limner started his CRE career with the Codina-Bush Group. During his seven years with the highly respected organization, he ascended to Vice President with responsibilities for strategic planning and oversight of accounting, personnel, new business, client relations, construction and property management.
