Every day I am responsible for interacting with bank customers and handling their transactions: Withdrawals, Deposits, Wire Transfers etc. I also am responsible for dealing with some customer debit card issues and setting them up with our online banking system. Outside the realm of dealing with customers I am responsible for balancing the cash daily for my branch, as well as balancing the cash for ATMs at five of our branches. I now also process and print checks for our customers.

As a seasonal sales consultant I was responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor, assisting them in finding whatever products they need, and helping them find solutions to any questions regarding the products we sell. This position is the face of Best Buy, responsible for giving customers a great experience and instilling in them the feeling that they can come back to Best Buy for any of their technological needs.

As an IMS associate I was responsible for taking merchandise from the stockroom and stocking any of the various departments of the store. I was also responsible for assisting customers throughout the store as necessary including back-up cashiering if the store gets busy.

I worked as part of a team in a multi-station assembly line that was responsible for building air beams for deployable military shelters.

I was responsible for calling potential clients and setting up appointments in order to sell them Cutco Cutlery. This involved driving to the clients house and giving a half hour to an hour sales pitch.
