Throughout these three years I earned and maintained the business of multiple F500 customers, numerous SMBs, all while still participating in the fast paced broker/service market. On average I saved my end-user customers 20-30% on their total IT hardware spend (TCO) via Asset Recovery focused ITAD, Third Party Maintenance, and a focus on Renew/Refurbished IT hardware. During this time I was tasked with generating net new business via a variety of methods. Within 3 months I outperformed all reps with a 3-5 year tenure. Always earned the inbound leads for the company and handled them with an average 65% close rate.

Worked as a technician and audit clerk helping Senior reps audit ITAD packages and test/refurbish equipment for resale. Learned a lot about how our hardware works and finding/fixing failed parts.

Worked summers assisting with Shipping/Handling department as well as folding memory boxes. I also did some auditing work to help us stay in compliance and meet our 0% error rate goal.
