My practice is all aspects of contentious property and landlord and tenant law (including insolvency, rent review, opposed lease renewals, dilapidations and restrictive covenants) but with a particular emphasis on development work, including devising and running complex vacant possession strategies and advising developer clients on legal site constraints.My particular speciality is rights of light. I have developed an industry-leading rights of light practice and have devised and implemented the rights of light strategy on a number of high profile developments particularly in the City.
