Head Of Sales
CurrentHead of Sales for Blue Whale Spa hot tubs.Joining Blue Whale Spa in 2011 I quickly became an integral part of the business performing just about every duty in the book. Deliveries, installations, repairs, sales, tech support and logistics and designs of hot tubs.Based in Nottingham, and growing from start up in 2010 to become the UK’s leading manufacturer of acrylic shell hot tubs by 2016, This is all achieved with friendly knowledgeable sales staff, installation teams and after sales service staff. Our aim is to give our customers the best possible hot tub experience from start to finish. As the company grew and the demands became greater it became clear that my strengths lay in actually selling the hot tubs as well as providing tech support and customer service. This eventually grew to the stage where sales became the major focus, but i'm still the "Go To Guy" when there is something that is perplexing someone with less experience. Yes, I'm the one everybody brings their questions to.I'm currently managing the Blue Whale Spa sales team tasked with bringing growth year on year to the business. After a successful 2017 and strong growth in 2018, 2019 has been even betterWe've won awards in the past, that's a fact, but how many industry awards have any relevance ? Or are they just an excuse to go out for dinner in some big hotel ? I'd rather shout about 1400+ Five Star Google reviews.2020 saw unprecedented growth in the hot tub and wet leisure industry, and an increase in the number of sales and marketing staff at Blue Whale Spa, so my managerial skills are widening and improving as I learn something new every day and with remote working this makes it all the more challenging.
