Also, the administration of different contract processes, keeping track of all the stages status from the negotiation through the contract sign off.Likewise, leading small projects to corporate sourcing request, like the implementation of preferred vendors.

Responsible for the procurement procedure of national and international supplies of a group of restaurants, handling 3 brands and 8 units. Supervision and control of the strategic purchase planning and supplie chains including their respective inventory control. As well as the direct relationship with suppliers of the required categories
