Nick Luckenbaugh is a composer and lyricist based in New York City. A three-time honoree of the SongDoor International Songwriting Competition, Nick and his songs have been seen in various venues across the city including 54 Below, the Musical Theatre Factory, and Lincoln Center, where he has been featured three times in the Broadway's Future Songbook Series. His musical Royal Fables (2015 New York Innovated Theatre Award nomination for "Outstanding Original Music") was one of four American projects shortlisted for the 2016 Kevin Spacey Foundation "Artists of Choice" Award. Current projects in development include To Pieces - a sung-through rock adaptation of "The Twelve Dancing Princesses" - and a musical (with Alyssa Maher) about the French opera singer and swordswoman Julie d'Aubigny.

Oversee all fundraising efforts for Atlantic, an acclaimed theater company and acting school in the off-Broadway community.

Responsible for the management and growth of a $1.3M+ annual giving campaign consisting of a variety of foundation, corporate, and government sources. Duties include identification, composition, and securing of grants for both new and existing programs; ensuring the timely and effective submission of grant reports; continuing regular and informed relationships with all company funders; maintaining an in-depth knowledge of happenings in all areas of the Atlantic Theater Company and the Atlantic Acting School; and track impact of various initiatives including arts education, community engagement, and new play development.

Founder of Libra Theater Company, a small NYC-based theater dedicated to creating great work that honors and works with the time-commitments of its artists and administrators. Recent recipient of three NY Innovative Theatre Awards (2012 and 2013). Duties include overseeing all aspects of a small company including a volunteer staff of six; executing major artistic and administrative decisions; acting as direct producer for individual projects ranging from one-night concert events to an annual quarterly reading series to multiple full production; maintaining working relationships with past and current artists and partners; leading fundraising efforts; maintaining accurate company financials.
