Responsibility for domestic and international recovery and disposition of data bearing assets for 2000+ clients in business sectors ranging from high-tech, to banking/insurance, energy and medical. Managed the team responsible for scheduling recoveries utilizing Arrow assets, 3PL logistics companies and transportation providers. Developed, negotiated and managed provider contracts including pricing and performance metrics. Liaised with client companies resolving concerns, issues or complaints.

Directly managed a staff of logistics professionals responsible for the transportation and distribution operations of multiple clients in the communications, automotive, imaging, entertainment and retail/consumer industries, ranging in size to $5 billion in annual sales. Identified and implemented efficiency and cost savings opportunities. Managed transportation supplier relationships including freight payable and receivable management, claims and performance management and contract negotiations.

Responsible for coordinating domestic transportation operations and analysis for a high-tech client, managing transportation functions, contract compliance, developing service and performance metrics, and devising cost and efficiency improvement strategies to add value to the bottom line.

Possessed P&L responsibility for all domestic and international logistics, distribution and transportation affairs for a $300 million company, with five U.S. distribution centers, and more than 20 other facilities throughout the U.S. and Europe.
