Primarily processing both notified and non-notified land-use and subdivision resource consents through out the Waitaki District.I have assisted in several plan change variations including Hazardous Substances and Business Zone chapters as well as reporting on regional policy changes to Council.My role also involves undertaking LIM's, PIM's, customer enquiries and consent monitoring.
