Develop and carry out both capital, expense installations along with maintenance improvements and site upgrades for multiple sites in the Dallas area and later Colorado Springs site. Responsible for internal cost estimates, contractor bids and review, project development, management and close out. Large projects include Cleanroom, Anechoic chamber Construction, D.o.D. secure areas, site UPS, backflow prevention systems and utility and new office installations.
