As the Senior Project Manager, my role is to oversee JBC's team of project managers and superintendents. Recurring meetings to evaluate performances, schedules, job costs and safety is a top priority, in addition to continued development of client relations while on the job sites. I also help with the development of policies and procedures that enhance our services and team’s efficiency.
