Duties:• Driving the introduction of formalised performance data at Coventry City using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep. • Liaising with the head of first-team analysis to design appropriate dashboards and data projects. • Creating accessible and interactive visualisations relating to both individual and team performance. • Working with recruitment analysts to produce interactive scout reports on potential transfer targets.

Duties:• Responsible for the filming and coding of under 21 games in line with the club’s philosophy. • Attend both home and away games, travelling on the coach with the management team and players.• Provide detailed pre-match opposition analysis reports, giving coaches an indication into the technical and tactical traits of upcoming opponents. • Develop post-match presentations in agreement with coach requests to provide players with additional development opportunities. • Offer support to other academy analysts, filming and coding games and training sessions for other age groups.

Duties:• Responsible for filming games and training sessions for several age groups, ranging from under 9s to under 18s.• Code and analyse recorded games for the academy teams, using analysis software to provide coaches with video and data for athlete improvement.• Creation of data-driven presentations, working closely with academy coaches to provide YDP athletes with additional development prospects. • Attend and take an active part in team meetings and continued professional development courses.
