Utilizing bin and inventory data to direct a team to perform targeted cycle counts to confirm stow accuracy as well stow etiquette guidelines are met. Managing inventory mappings to ensure that on-hand units are available for go-live dates on their corresponding website verticals in partnership with marketing and merchandising needs. Leading a team of problem solvers as they troubleshoot inventory discrepancies found through customer returned units and monitor the backlog threshold. Maintaining a strong knowledge of Amazon fulfillment center productivity benchmarks and standard operating procedures and how those impact the flow of Zappos inventory through the Amazon fulfillment network. Following up with various fulfillment centers and returns centers within Amazon's network around best practices and standard work to implement those processes within the Zappos fulfillment site.
