Global Practice Lead:Assist AE's with prospecting, writing, and managing new / renewal global programs. Responsibilities of the role include:-Accompany Travelers AE's on broker visits throughout the Midwest to advise of Travelers National Property's current global program capabilities.-Assist AE's in prospecting for new global programs based on current market conditions, Travelers appetite, and individual risk factors -Serve as a internal and external point of contact for questions regarding global program capabilities-Continue training new GLAE's on international operations, leaving them in charge of global operations for their respective regions following trainingNational Property Managing Account Executive:Manage a team along with a book of business to meet stand-alone growth/retention goals. Responsibilities of the role included:-Account underwriting across a broad base of business including manufacturing, real estate, public entities, and others. -Prospecting for new business using internal cross selling information as well as broker guidance-Marketing of National Property capabilities-Work in conjunction with other Travelers BU when needed in order to assist in writing business on an enterprise basis.National Property Global AE:Assist AE’s from several states in the Midwest. Responsibilities of the role included:-Serve as a first contact for AE’s who had questions on our international procedures-Placement of international business through our partner network which includes back office accounting for international premiums-Complete various projects in regards to international business pertaining to operations and underwriting-Work with brokers at the AE’s request in order to overcome any issues with the placement of local policies abroad
