Within three years hired global sales representatives in South America, Mexico, USA, Europe, China and Asia to complement the company's strategy to obtain substantial new business opportunities with U.S. and German OEMs. Acquired additional business in those regions during this same time frame. Provided the lead management position in acquisition of major German tier one supplier while continuing to look for new opportunities for growth through acquisitions elsewhere.

Responsible for Sales with Toyota and all European OEMs. Established HR systems within European standards as well as hiring of members to expand the company. Developed and trained a Purchasing team to increase localization of supplier base. Expanded the company by opening offices in Germany to establish R&D and sales expansion. Achieved first nomination for seating with premium German OEM.

Responsible for the P&L for plants in Eastern Europe and France. Customers including Audi, PSA, Toyota, VW and Volvo. Lead the greenfield project to open a new plant in Slovakia to support PSA business. Localized all senior management positions in Eastern Europe by developing members to achieve their full potential.

Various management positions in Canada and Mexico. Duties including Logistics, Quality, Supplier Development, Six Sigma, Cadillac Warranty, Sales and Operational management. Customers including GM, Ford, Chrysler and Toyota.
