Key responsibilities:• Develop and execute sales strategies and activities to achieve annual targets for Regional sales budget and gross margin percent. • In line with established marketing plans, create, implement and manage strategic business plans to profitably grow FUJIFILM Photo Imaging sales and market share• Analyse market trends to capitalise on opportunities for short and long term growth. Prioritise opportunities by analysing sales results versus budget and prior year, customer profitability analysis and revenue planning• Proactively seek out new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key strategic customers and stakeholders in order to leverage and grow business across the Region, Australia wide for Attractions and Events sector• Coach, mentor and motivate sales team, including Business Specialist and Regional Administration Co-ordinator• Create, implement and monitor call cycles and territory planning for direct reports. Conduct regular business reviews with major customers to identify trends, opportunities• Provide oversight and mentoring to Technical Services Team and broader FUJIFILM employees based in Queensland office• Manage efficient and cost effective operation of Queensland branch office including warehousing, technical service, sales, administration, workplace health and safety, quality management system

Key responsibilities:• Develop and execute sales strategies and activities to achieve annual targets for Mini-Lab Hardware sales budget and gross margin percent• Collaborate with Mini-Lab Marketing Team to develop, implement and manage strategic business plans to profitably grow new business for FUJIFILM with key national clients• Create market development plans for integrating Mini-Lab Hardware into new business opportunities with Harvey Norman, WOW Sight and Sound, Betta Electrical, Fuji Image Plaza stores and other major independent photographic retailers• Manage, coach and engage high performance team culture with direct reports including 6 Hardware Specialists and responsibility for National Service team of 40 technicians across Australia• Proactively seek out new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth• Maintain and strengthen business relationships with key strategic customers and stakeholders in consumer electronics market and traditional photographic retail sector• Create, implement and monitor call cycles and territory planning for self and direct reports. Analyse trends.• Conduct regular business reviews with major clients to identify trends and opportunities for growth
