With over 30 years of IT Operations & Management experience, I am currently the VP of Business Development & Partner Relations for mindSHIFT Technologies. Responsibilities entail cultivating and recruiting strategic business partners to enhance mindSHIFT Technologies' business partner growth, specifically in the areas of Healthcare and Enterprise Systems. From 2002 to 2006, I was VP of Network Operations at Invision, spearheading the acquisition and development of emerging IT technologies to meet organizational needs. I directed the integration of global networking and WAN technologies that strengthened internal operating capabilities, reduced costs and improved service levels.From 1998 to 2002, I was VP of IT Operations at General Semiconductor, providing direction for desktop support, IBM iSeries Operations, PBX, LAN and WAN Communications. I managed the Corporate BCP and managed the IT Department capital / expense budget. Recipient of the 1999 GS Chairman Award for the re-negotiation our AT&T Global voice / data contract, with an annual savings of just over $1 million dollars. From 1995 to1998, Director of IT Operations at Oxford Health Plans, responsible for managing the acquisitions group, IT staff, and procedure development. Directly responsible for implementing the day-to-day IT Operations, application production schedule, Corporate D/R Plan, and build-out of a 14,000 square foot data center. From 1992 to 1995, I was an independent IT consultant working with various organizations to develop sound IT operational and staff building procedures. I managed the relocation and re-staffing of a 4,000 square foot data center from CT to VA.
