In order to deal with this I have had to on numerous occasions manage these client conflicts by finding out their problem and then liaising with the relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth resolution to the clients issue or if a solution was not possible then a full explanation of why their benefits have been changed or stopped.I am also responsible for arranging any new PCs for new members of staff whilst maintaining the current IT network which includes managing the office switch and liaising with the IT staff in the head office.In January 2013 the office had a new of volunteer start and as part of this I have been providing mentoring and training to these new volunteers on the IT systems and introducing them to company policies and procedures. -
