I have almost 20 years of experience in Construction and as a Superintendent specializing in Healthcare Construction and Renovation for over 10 years. I have solid experience in coordinating subcontractors. Review of submittal information and shop drawings. Issue and coordination of RFI documents to the Architect, and coordination with the Inspector of Record for OSHPD/HCAI. I interact with the Construction Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Architect, and the Owner’s representative. I have extensive experience working in the hospital and am familiar with hospital facility operation. I understand the coordination and care necessary to complete project construction within a functioning hospital, with special attention to infection control procedures.
