Delivery of a restaurant, bar and café together with two bowling greens on behalf of the landowner, Easts Group.Mixed Use Development - 505 George Street, Sydney:Mixed use development comprising a retail, community and serviced apartment uses in the podium with a 270m tower (80 storey) comprising a mix of residential apartments and serviced apartments.Mixed Use Acquisition:Over a period of almost 3 years my role in the mixed use acquisition team enabled a comprehensive understanding of the Sydney market and acquisition related skills such as project structures, finance and feasibility analysis together with local and state government legislation and town planning.Mixed Use Development - Harbourside:Mixed use Sydney CBD development comprising retail and commercial podium uses with approximately a 44 storey residential tower above.Mixed Use Development - Site 18, Green Square:Mixed use development comprising 103 residential apartments in a 20-storey tower above ground floor and first floor retail. Mixed Use Development - Ebsworth, Green Square:Mixed use development comprising two 10 storey buildings with ground floor speciality retail and Woolworths Supermarket.

Working within the Mirvac Residential Apartments Development team on the mixed use project Ebsworth, Green Square. This role enabled responsibility within various aspects of development in the delivery of 174 residential apartments, multiple specialty retail tenancies and a Woolworths Supermarket.

My position at Colliers International was within the North Sydney Valuation & Advisory Services team under the 2014 Colliers International Valuation Graduate Program, where I gained exposure to a wide range of asset classes in the investment sector.

My role at McGrath Cronulla was at an unpaid, work experience level. I assisted agents and property managers in their day-to-day duties, providing myself with a greater understanding of the property industry, specifically residential property sales, leasing and management.
