In my current role I assist in business and analysis to understand data and processes, and illuminate areas for improvement. Often this improvement means tools in the form of software and solutions, but often it can simple be thinking about things in a new way. I have a computer science background but continue to expand my horizons, and am currently focused on Technical Sales with a focus on solution selling and process automation. I have extensive experience in Higher education, accounts payable, and healthcare spaces. As a specialist within my role I also focus on a number of technologies such as Optical Character Recognition, Robotic Process Automation and Headless solutions.

I was responsible for converting Higher Education universities around the country to this new product. I was responsible for installing OnBase and the capture product, configuring templates for transfer transcripts. I was also responsible for training university staff for using Onbase and configuring capture templates. My role on this four person team also involved heavy collaboration with development as Advanced Capture was still a beta product at that time and our feedback, advise, and real world experience helped inform and shape development around what would become the foundation of Hylands OCR portfolio, and which is still a strong product today.
