I am a professional geotechnical engineer with extensive knowledge in managing Coal Combustion Residuals(CCR) at power utilities. My background includes Dam Safety and Geotechnical instrumentation and these skills have allowed me to achieve great success in research, evaluation and risk management of CCR impoundments and landfills. I am passionate about keeping our environment safe by insuring CCRs pose no threat to human health and the environment. I manage stability at 80+ impoundments and landfills through an extensive instrumentation data acquisition system comprised of 19000+ sensors. I also manage quality assurance of landfill operations via a state of the art intelligent compaction system. I manage capital engineering projects on a basis of 5 million per year. I am heavily involved in the CCR research and participate on multiple CCR boards and committees.
