Washington State Casino Regulation• Foster positive working relationships with Operations, State Gambling Commission and other Tribal Staff.• Observe, report, and confidently communicate improprieties to appropriate Tribal Gaming Management and Operational Supervisors.• Maintain public health and safety by ensuring operational compliance to Federal, State, and Internal regulatory standards.• Use sound judgment in sensitive situations, maintaining confidentiality in all casino investigations.• Utilize, update, and maintain established regulatory checklists, garnering an understanding of intent in order to successfully navigate the Washington Regulatory environment.

Special Intelligence System Administrator/Communicator-Project Manager• Assemble and direct an Information Technology support team of 5 specialists in setting up electronic computer equipment for the 1st Marine Division Headquarters Intelligence section to conduct collection, communication and analysis during real time operations.• Manage Information Technology Program of 112 computer and server assets across a geographical diverse region, resources totaling over $500,000: train, maintain and procured, synchronize cross-functional resources and update the assets to meet Marine Corps cyber network requirements.Defensive and Offensive Cyber Planning• Conduct preventive maintenance assuring 100% serviceability on network equipment costing over $1,000,000 for over 3 years.• Develop and implement a process to quantitatively assess the effectiveness of the offensive Cyber Planning Team.• Create an Information Operations Template to standardize the submission of tactical operations to be approved by the Information Operations Commander.• Coordinate with PR Officer in reporting on and collection of cyber operations; processing information for media and public use.Personnel Supervisor• Manage Command’s Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings for the leadership and planning trainings for all 52 personnel, resolve conflicts and ensure that requirements are met in a timely manner.• Develop Excel spreadsheets for equipment, personnel management and tracking, • Draft Word documents for the Division Intelligence section leaders notifying of operational readiness.Equipment Management• Organize logistics of all essential electronic equipment resources worth $500,000, ensure safe delivery for operation during each 1st Marine Division operation for the past 3 years.• Manage maintenance of equipment totaling over $2,000,000 in a monthly inventory, managing change and requisitioning replacement equipment as required.
