The Ranch Club is a private golf community located in Missoula, Montana. We are a relatively new facility and have been in operation since 2007. Club amenities include; fitness club, pool complex, casual and fine dining, event barn, golf academy and an exceptional 18 hole golf course. Club accolades include Golf Digest 4.5 star rating, and Golf Week #2 course in Best Courses to Play in Montana. I currently serve as General Manager at The Ranch Club. My responsibilities include managing all facets of the club operation. I strive to creatively progress all aspects of The Ranch Club facility on a daily basis and enjoy leading my team to do the same. Our members and guests enjoy positively memorable experiences each visit as we focus on providing a level of service and quality of product that is unmatched in the area.

Links at Spanish Bay is one of four Pebble Beach Company owned golf facilities. The Trent Jones, Sandy Tatum, Tom Watson design golf course has 14 of 18 holes overlooking the majestic Pacific. It is a year round facility with peak business months of June - October. Spanish Bay golf shop, which overlooks the 1st tee and Pacific, is attached to the beautiful Sticks Restaurant, and Spanish Bay Fitness Club. Traffic is steady in and around the golf shop, whether it's with golfing guests or those stopping by to see the bagpiper prior to sunset. This combination provides for a unique working experience. As Assistant Manager at Links at Spanish Bay, I enjoyed 4 years of professional growth, while learning to genuinely "exceed the expectations of every guest by providing once in a lifetime experiences". I led my team to business improvements in areas such as; guest service, golf cart cleanliness, creation and implementation of department operating manual, communications, tournament orchestration, attention to detail, and more. Primary responsibilities with Links at Spanish Bay include:Personnel Management - recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, evaluating, and scheduling.Expense Management - prepare operating budget, control operating supplies, assist in payroll, assist in accounts payable.Tournament Operations - marketing, preparing, orchestrating, evaluating.Policy & Procedures - creating and implementing department standard operating procedures.Retail - Assist in buying, merchandising, visual display, inventory control.

Ranked #11 on Golf Digest's Greatest Courses to Play list, Spyglass Hill Golf Course is one of four Pebble Beach Company owned golf courses. It takes its name from Robert Louis Stevenson's classic novel, Treasure Island, published in 1863. A unique aspect of this course is that the holes are named after characters in Treasure Island. Hole names such as "Black Dog" and "Billy Bones" are hints for the unwary. As players attempt to master this difficult course, they may hear the laughter of pirates in the distance. Spyglass Hill is rated one of the toughest courses in the world from the Championship tees, boasting a course rating of 75.5 and a slope rating of 147. The PGA Tour consistently lists Spyglass Hill's holes 6, 8 and 16 among the toughest on the tour, and during the 1999 United States Amateur, the stroke average of the field during medal play was in excess of 79. Spyglass Hill is an annual co-host to the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, formerly known as the Crosby. Spyglass Hill co-hosted the 1999 United States Amateur during medal play rounds, and hosts many other world-class professional and amateur events each year as well. As Assistant Golf Professional at Spyglass Hill I honed in my customer service skills and took note on how a world class golf club was run. I was privilege to work under Head Golf Professional Bill Sendell, who to this day is the most well rounded professional I've known. My job responsibilities at Spyglass Hill included:Guest Services - golf check-in through Micros, GEAC & Springer Miller software systems.Daily Revenue Reconciliation - cash and credit card totals in balance with tee-sheet and other report totals.Driving Range Manager - inventories, maintenance and turf rotation.Caddie Master - managed 55 caddies.Membership Services - tee-time scheduling and event coordination.

Employment at Whitefish Lake was almost as busy as Pebble Beach. The course is on of Montana's premiere public facilities and offers 2-18 hole regulation courses. Primary responsibilities in Whitefish included:Merchandising - receiving, pricing, tagging, displaying and sales.Membership sales - promoted programs and sold memberships.Starter - started groups and ensured prior check-in occured along with organization of times.
