I am Easter Region Aviation Service Group Manager in C&S’s aviation group. I have more than 20 years of experience with the design, management, and construction of airport projects. My responsibilities include leading our Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania aviation clients, project management, assisting clients with preparation of FAA airport capital improvement plans, writing applications for FAA AIP grant funding; writing project proposals, preparing budgets, agreements, and project schedules; coordination and design of plans, specifications and project cost analysis; environmental and local permitting; assisting clients with bidding and award of projects, project managment and coordination during construction, airfield design, airfield pavement design, airfield pavement inspection, and construction inspection. My design experience includes all aspects of airport design including 3D Design using Microstation and Inroads, Micro-Paver training, airfield pavement design and evaluation, and NAVAID design. Experience in construction management/inspection includes aspects of new airport pavement, airport pavement overlay, airport lighting and signage, and airport drainage.
