Responsible for transforming Global IS Operations into a more modern, scalable infrastructure and operation that supports business goals of cost simplification, security, universal access, standards, and compliance. ➤ Spearheaded global infrastructure renewal and standardisation as part digital transformation programme, creating a hybrid cloud environment, introducing AI/ML solutions, resulting in operational efficiency gains.➤ Project managed the Norway branch closure/divestment, and the opening of the new branch in Mexico.➤ Planned and oversaw the tender, bid and implementation process, securing a 3-year agreement with an IT managed service provider, enabling cost savings, resource optimisation and 24/7 IT support.

Appointed to lead the technology and IT operations, providing IT services and support to the internal user community, resolving technical and user IT issues, and providing secure and stable business-aligned IT.➤ Took the lead in supporting multi-site IT operations, with full ownership of security controls, routinely assessing, maintaining, and strengthening cyber defences to safeguard the firm from security hazards. ➤ Managed end-to-end infrastructure design, specification, and implementation for new Group-wide sites. ➤ Led Cybersecurity initiatives, supporting ISO27001 Certification, including Disaster Recovery data centre implementation for 6,000 users, and introduction of automated data loss prevention solutions.

Full remit for all elements of IT security, including strategic direction, identifying challenges, driving-up performance, and establishing fit for purpose business-wide IT security competence and capabilities.
