Responsible for working on the M&S account, working closely with product, costs and critical paths. Also managed third party warehouse for parent company to enable supply of Annuals titles to key customers

My main duties are to deal with general product enquiries from various departments and from the sales team. I'm also responsible for pulling together the quarterly product meeting presentations which is presented to the UK Sales Managers. I work very closely with our publishing department to ensure we're able to get all the correct product information.Part.

My role involved working on a varied base of customers, including dealing with FOB and consignment orders. Day to day tasks included, processing sales orders, sales invoices and customer returns as well as creating customer presentations for my sales manager. I also had the responsibility of creating and distributing the weekly stock report that was sent.

United Kingdom

Responsible for picking and packing orders for a numbers of customers. Also fully trained to operate small warehouse trucks. After a few years experience I was promoted to look after two of our customers that had much more specific needs, including detailed packing lists and specific product labelling.
