In this role, I was responsible for the purchasing and monitoring of inventory for our production. With over 7,000 purchased product codes, and millions of pounds of plastic bought, I was responsible for working with our partnered vendors to purchase products for new programs, and develop products for inquiries of new business. I maintained and monitored our relationships with our vendors, and created many new ones during this time. I was responsible for making sure we bought appropriate amounts of what we needed on products with lead times up to 16 weeks.

In this position, I would help our CFO with projects and tasks, and create meaningful data to help empower him to create decisions, or make information visual for our teams. I would take large groups of raw data, and turn it into speaking points and information. I also lead a project of a payroll and HRM system integration along with the rest of the accounting team, spearheading development and integration into our systems.

In this role, I was responsible for the set up, and launching, of scheduled production work. I would set the tools into injection molding machines, calibrate and water them, and then start the machines and develop the programming to create good product for the operation staff. I would maintenance and work on the programming as problems arose, and would be involved in the launching and development of new products lines.

In this role, I was involved in the monitoring and maintaining of our quality specs for our production lines by measuring and calculating parts by way of print reading, and tolerancing. I used a variety of quality assurance tools including CMM machines, calipers, gear readers, gauges, etc. I was trained to use CMM tooling to ensure the productions lines were still creating good product.

In this role, I am responsible for the proper movement of inventory to either finished good locations, or to the operating floor. I received training, and licensing, to operate a fork lift for the movement of goods in a 202,000 square foot facility.

In this position, I am responsible for creating and understanding the tooling needs to create the plan, and quote, for incoming business inquiries. I would develop an engineering plan around a 3D model that was presented to quote production on, and work with our project management team to push this to our customers

I am responsible for optimizing product flow on the assembly line for my given projects. I also work on the process changes on the press itself, engineering changes to the molds, and handled a few business to business relations.
