- The Clemson Health Clinic-Walhalla offers primary healthcare services to people of all ages. Created to fill a healthcare gap in a rural community, the clinic offers innovative services in primary care and health education in both English and Spanish.- Perform patient intake and vitals, lab/diagnostic/screening testing, and assist with other clinical operations.

- Fifty students from South Carolina were awarded a grant and selected to be a part of the Public Health Preparedness Reserve Corps Training Program to become official volunteers with the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control’s reserve corps (which is a part of the U.S. Public Health Medical Reserve Corps). - Students are guided in the completion of select educational and clinical experiences that augment their baccalaureate academic curriculum during a 1-year period and allows them the opportunity to volunteer (along with other students, professionals, and laypersons) within regional Public Health Reserve Corps (PHRC).- The PHRC is a program that provides an opportunity for medical, behavioral health, and non-medical volunteers to assist communities during disaster and non-emergency public health activities.

- Investigating robotic ICG cholecystectomies by comparing patient outcomes to those who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomies. - Working under Dr. Schneider, who is a General Surgeon at Prisma Health.

- Students are exposed to different medical procedures through clinical interactions with both practitioners and patients.- Shadow healthcare professionals in the trauma bay at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Cull, who is a Critical Care/Trauma Surgeon.- Attend biweekly classes at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville where medical students and physicians teach various healthcare topics and skills.

- Provided 1 on 1 and group tutoring services to student athletes at Clemson University.
