Took company value to $1.67 billion (appraised value) over a 3 year period. This position included aspects of Project Development and Project Management specialties. Liaison to Dept. of Fish and Game, and Bureau of Land Management.

Supervised and managed projects for major construction firm. Projects included a client list of: Department of Defense, local municipalities, Fortune 5000 companies, and major land development firms. Project liaison to local governmental agencies; managed and supervised all crew members and sub-contractors. Responsible for all scheduling, daily supervision, personnel management, and on-time project completion. Maintained a record of excellence, and well respected by clients, government inspectors, suppliers, sub-contractors, fellow employees, and subordinates.
