Highly self-motivated, loyal contributor. I take pride in my strong work ethic, uplifting, motivational mindset, and excellent communication skills. In college, initially, I didn’t see a distinct path to my future, until I found communication studies. I dove in headfirst and learned from some of the best communication educators in the Midwest at the College of Mount St Joseph. As I inched closer to graduation, I began thinking how I could use my skills to benefit a company’s mission and goals? I thoroughly enjoy building relationships and speaking with people, while getting to know them. That’s when I knew, a career in sales, was right for me. I went from flipping cheese coneys, to working a full-time sales position in logistics. I grew to love the industry, working with carriers and customers daily, making new connections and building relationships. Some of my key strengths/skills include oral and written communication, public speaking, customer facing presentations, training, interviewing, negotiation, management, coaching, sourcing, recruiting. lead generation, marketing, and sales. I have a passion for people and aiding in their future success. I don’t think there is any greater accomplishment in life than playing a role in changing someone’s life for the better. My hope is to continuously utilize my skills to help organizations achieve their goals, while empowering people and changing their lives, one encounter at a time.
