- Assisting the Tableau, Excel, and MySQL instructors during the Business Intelligence program. - Helping students with their hands on projects.- Conducting help sessions independently, creating projects from the sourcing data, answering business questions by creating visual graphs in Tableau, dash-boarding and presenting to the class.

- Servicing Veritiv customers with their order fulfillment on daily basis, liaising with the company divisions, and meeting with team managers to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. - Working closely with the logistics, sourcing, pricing and products managers.- Dealing with various vendors, requesting and submitting quotes.- Analyzing and managing open and back-orders reports in order to insure billing in timely manner.- Managing National Accounts with over 3 million dollars yearly revenue.- Working with Inventory Analysts on product usage projection. - Utilizing Salesforce to support the sales team securing more business and help successfully converting opportunities.
