Nick is a consultant on global Inclusion and Diversity. He was formerly a senior adviser on global Inclusion and Diversity in the Global Talent Team at Dentons and previously Assistant General Counsel (Partner) at Dentons. He was also the Diversity and Inclusion partner for the UK 2014-19. In this capacity, he raised the visibility and importance of D&I within the Dentons UK region and promoted staff network groups, including co-founding Dentons UK LGBT, Black Professionals and Asian Professionals networks. He also set up and chaired Dentons Global LGBT+ network, GLOW. During his period as D&I partner Dentons UK was listed as a Stonewall Top 100 Employer for 4 years running. During Nick’s tenure as Senior Adviser, Dentons was recognised as a Stonewall Gold Global LGBT+ Employer. Nick was proud to be named in the 100 OUTstanding LGBT+ Executives Role Model in 2018 and 2019.
