• Key member of team responsible for designing and implementing DeVry’s Corporate Recruitment Program which was responsible for increasing new student enrollment and student retention. • Worked with Management team to create hiring objectives, territory plans, budgets, policies, and best practices that produced desired student recruitment and retention results while focusing on continuous process improvement through extensive analytic reporting.• Partnered with National Account Managers to develop strategic marketing plans for corporate partners including Boeing, McDonalds Corporation, AT&T, Walmart, Microsoft, US Olympic Committee, FedEx, USPS, Rite Aid, and many others. These corporate partnerships helped DeVry to grow new student enrollment and departmental revenues from $9M - $59M over a three-year period.
