About Nick Murphy

As head of charities for Evelyn Partners (formerly called Smith & Williamson), I lead a team that manages a diverse range of portfolios for charity clients and other similar larger clients. We specialise in bespoke global multi-asset portfolios for a wide of mandates and risk profiles. A significant proportion of mandates require both negative and positive ethical screening and other ESG criteria.As part of the Evelyn Partners investment process I sit on the Investment Process Committee, the Asset Allocation Committee and chair the Stewardship & Responsible Investment Group. I have a long experience investing and monitoring alternative managers including hedge funds and private equity.Outside of work my primary interests are my family and our yellow labrador, our garden and sailing in East Anglia and Scotland.
