- Developed and maintain in-depth knowledge of operational policies, procedures and systems for Spectra locations within assigned jurisdiction. o Assigned Spectra locations to oversee, manage and audit include: Seattle.
- Manage all correspondence w/ the Surety Bond Co during the claim process.
