As regional supervisor of the Lower North Coast and Hunter region Surf Life Saving UAV operations, I lead and manage over 40 employed UAV pilots and operators spanning over 200km of coastline from the South of Port Macquarie to Newcastle.

Operating UAV's (Uncrewed Aerial Vehicle) for the Australian UAV Service (AUAVS) under the SLSNSW Remote Operator's Certificate (ReOC).

Responsible for maintenance and service of the AUAVS fleet and all associated equipment at assigned operational location. Provided support and guidance to the local team of AUAVS casual staff and members, while actively fostering the development of capabilities within the local SLS membership.

Liaising with the state airdesk to obtain necessary emergency flight authorisations during the 2022 South Eastern Australian floods. Facilitated effective mitigation and deconfliction between SLS UAV's and other emergency air assets. Oversaw and coordinated the deployment of all SLS UAV teams deployed to various locations across the state.
