I am responsible for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and Yearly preventive maintenance (PM's) of water quality instrumentation, level meters (Pressure, Ultra Sonic, Float), flow meters (DP Cells (Differential Pressure), Ultra Sonic, Magnetic), CL2, O2 and O3 Leak Detectors, Remote Terminal Units (RTU), Large Capacity UPS systems, and various process control instrumentation.Project management- Chlorine Containment Facility, replacing all Draeger Polytrons for ATI F-12 series. Updating the RTU termination cabinet, wiring diagrams and labeling. LSOC Accusonic flow meter and transducers replaced. Pipeline entry with lock out block out tags, Open communication with electricians team for support. August 2019- Passed Water Treatment Plant OperationFebruary 2020- Passed Water Treatment Operator Grade T2

As an Instrument & Control Systems Technician Level 1 I was responsible for the weekly Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Calibration of Water Quality Analytical Instruments including; Chlorine, pH, ORP, Fluoride, Conductivity Analyzers, Turbidimeters, Flow Meters (Differential Pressure Transmitters) and other process control instrumentation.Project Management- Moving Plant 1 & Plant 3 CFE water quality instruments to a new location. This achieved a substantial increased acre feet storage in our Finished Water Reservoir. -Loss of Head meters on MOD 1, 2 & 3. All level transmitters replaced and new wiring pulled in. RTU points installed and updated to most current. Organisation and communication with Mechanics.June 2107- Passed ISA Level 2

Project Management:- Lead on the Project at Perris, MWD CUF. Reading and interpreting plans, blueprints and electrical and electronic schematics, perform applicable mathematic calculations, use applicable software applications. File field reports, calibrate instruments and use the Rosemount and ABB HART Communicator 375 & 475 to set ranges on instruments such as Pressure and Temperature Transmitters. All point2points of field wiring and field devices from the RTU. Pre loop checks verifying functional checks of all instruments, devices, CL2 analyzers, safety eyewash showers, air dampers and Exhaust Fans on site and Testing to prove full functions with MWD Inspectors.

- Working at the newly designed Body Shop 3 in Solihull and at the Castle Brom site, I am involved in all aspects of the electrical and mechanical commissioning and operation of ABB robot(s) controlled conveyor systems. - Relied upon to deal with multiple electrical and mechanical equipments and provide support during the entire life cycle of operations, starting from installation onto site acceptance testing.- Involved in the testing, commissioning and development of airport based automated check-in baggage screening systems. - Additionally, I am involved in commissioning of the new 3D X-ray machines for Analogic. This machine automatically detects the density of the liquid in checked-in baggage and ascertains whether it is safe or not. - As an on site commissioning professional at Ocado, I worked as part of a team to successfully get the I/O up and running for the main software to be installed.
