- Led, launched, and scaled UNSTUCK, an innovative initiative that partnered with leading brands, suppliers, and NGOs to create jobs for refugees in global supply chains.- Designed UNSTUCK’s operating model to enable businesses to drive ongoing impact through day-to-day operations, and seamlessly integrate with procurement and hiring processes to lower barriers for refugee job seekers in the Global South.- Co-developed a pilot product with Chobani and their suppliers in 2021, leading to a public launch in 2022 with five additional brands, resulting in over 1,500 jobs for refugees within the first year.- Built a coalition of businesses, NGOs, development agencies and local governments across refugee-hosting regions, on track to secure over 10,000 jobs for refugees over 3 years.- Increased awareness and advocacy by creating impactful campaigns, delivering speeches at conferences, participating in podcasts, and earning recognition with industry awards.- Key part of Tent’s leadership team, contributing to the foundation’s overall strategy, culture, and long-term impact.

Led projects to drive innovation and collaboration in education philanthropy. This included building a coalition with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to accelerate advising reform for underserved students, and working with the Lumina Foundation and Imaginable Futures to foster innovation in student parent support. Left Entangled Solutions for a role at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, leading a team that was restructured out of the org 4 weeks after joining. Returned to Entangled Solutions on a freelance basis.

Part of the leadership team, heading up the strategy practice in the US and selling and leading projects for:The MetDeveloped the brand strategy and visitor experience to increase the museum’s reach and relevance - increasing attendance and visitor diversity.eBayLed a global brand strategy and experience initiative to re-engage and grow buyer and seller communities, and developing tools and resources to equip and engage an increasingly international eBay team.The Lumina FoundationConceived and created an online platform to build the capacity, coordination and collective impact of the foundation’s network across the US to increase quality higher education attainment. I also led strategy and brand development projects for Microsoft, the Asian Art Museum, Grantmakers for Education, JetBlue, PG&E, Hyatt, PwC, AOL and NBCUniversal.

Led the strategy work for Vodafone, Sanitas (Bupa), SABMiller, The Rioja Wine Region and The Ministry of Sound.

Joined the newly formed Strategy Practice, and worked primarily on projects with Unilever.
