He combines a background in operations, product design and development with strategy and business analysis, helping teams bring theory into practice. In his current role, Nick supports an International Healthcare Payer's Cross-Market activities, helping the team scope and structure clinical and delivery projects and help them become operational. He also works with internal and external stakeholders to help the team develop technical and data capabilities needed for the redesign of healthcare including deep and practicable digital health knowledgeRecent Projects include consulting and advisory to: - Ai/ML model development, strategic guidance and rollout of live-patient intervention studies to help improve the diagnosis, treatment and management of various high risk conditions and disease states - Medicare Product development across core and supplementation benefits (market, vendor analysis, selection and implementation) - Expansion of Telehealth services and capabilities (including design, build, onboard of additional supporting providers) - Connected Care/Telemedicine and population health initiatives within the diabetes and chronic condition space - Healthcare and wellness app development programs across pain management, drug and treatment adherence (design, agile development and test, rollout and client implementation)
