From Nov 2011 to Dec 2020 I built a new Resource & Sourcing Mgt. (RM) team in NNIT. It means building the organization, processes and tools to support centralized allocation of NNIT employees to projects and assignments incl. sourcing of External. Objective has been to create increased revenue and profitability via cross organizational synergies. Dec 2020 I stopped heading the 13 Employee team as NNIT merged RM into a 23 People RM & Capacity area in our Finance & BI unit.RM has been built step by step growing from 800 to 1.500+ or 50% of NNIT’s 3.300 employees . It was a major change from a set-up where Line Mgt. were 100% responsible for ensuring individual teams were staffed and allocated for our end customer projects and task. I was responsible for series of internal process and IT application and BI tools to support both Resource and Performance mgt., which I scoped and have development teams build and refine out of NNIT Philippines, China and DK.
