Architect with over a decade of experience managing numerous small-to-medium sized retail/commercial projects, restaurant projects for major retailers across the country and large warehouse/storage facilities. Projects typologies range from exterior facade renovations, (cold-dark, vanilla, etc.) building shells, interior tenant improvements for prototype tenants through to complete ground-up construction for all the above mentioned typologies. I have very strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). I am very organized and extremely detail oriented, a main focus when it comes to drawing reviews, code compliance and budgeting.
