 Managed IT staff to accomplish directed district goals. Implemented voicemail to e-mail to further assist with digital e-learning initiatives. Led deployment of 4,000 Chromebooks to students and 300 laptops to staff over a period of 2 months. All devices were required to be ready by the first day of school and the implementation was successful.  IT Project Manager for a middle school renovation. Managed all IT aspects of the renovation and ensured all technology bits were working within the project scope. Ensured project came in under cost by 10%. IT Project Manager for the construction of a new elementary school – saved the project over $100,000 by utilizing internal resources. Assisted with master classroom design from a technology standpoint. Lead point with all contractors and project managers. Implemented network monitoring and management to proactively troubleshoot potential issues and minimize downtime. Led all network infrastructure maintenance, downtime and communication to stakeholders. Successfully presented to the Indiana State Board of Education for a technology grant with a team of educators and administrators. This further assisted the aggressive timeline to achieve a 1:1 computing environment. Led training for administrators and educators. Assisted with professional training and knowledge transfer to the IT staff. Developed the ‘Hit by a Bus’ documentation – this was the go-to document for all related IT process and procedures and had the intent of what if something happened to an individual, and they were no longer able to transfer knowledge – how we would we continue to operate successfully.
