Reviews, processes, and monitors all aspects of the wholesale program. Assist in formulating, enforcing, and maintaining company wholesale policies and procedures. Responsible for the administrative functions relating credit information gathering, documentation, funding, billing, cash application, and maintenance of the wholesale system.• Review daily funding’s for booking accuracy, initiates funds disbursement, send wire, check and interdivision reports to accounting as needed• Assist with creating dealer rate plans, credit reviews, collections and audit • Prepare designated daily reports• Review/Follow up for insurance for dealer floor plan lines

• Conduct comprehensive credit reviews of prospective and existing customers by investigating and verifying the customers financial status and position. Analyze bank and trade references, review D&B reports and analyze financial statement information to determine customers ability to pay. • Review/approve orders (within department guidelines) for established customers whose credit balance exceeds their credit limit. • Establish and/or maintain customer account credit limits and manage special credit arrangements and/or deviations from standard payment terms. • Monitor FSCM to keep information valid and updated in accordance with Sarbanes-Osley requirements. • Attain established individual and department goals in the areas of DSO, orders released and on hold. • Effectively communicates with sales personnel and other internal departments to drive process improvements and achieve targeted results. • Telephone contact, delinquency correspondence, payment research and effectively communicating with customers to secure/negotiate payment while enhancing customer satisfaction. • Prepare account reconciliation information for customers and generate delinquency correspondence as needed. Establish goals and metrics relative to individual & team performance.• Gaining experience in Transaction Finance• Responsible for training new hires within the department • Manage and analyze portfolios containing over 4,000 U.S. and international companies, universities and institutions • Utilize CRM and database knowledge to track and create financial models
