As the Director Of Photography it is my responsibility to put forth a specific vision and aesthetic for each investigative photojournalism project. I train and guide participants and colleagues throughout the entire process with a "hands-on" approach to ensure each individual has the absolute best chance for success. I transform people into visual storytellers and give them the confidence they deserve so we can achieve our goals as a collective team. It begins with relentless research and a passion for justice.DAWNING is a social venture that brings people together to tell stories that matter.We bring corporate and non-profit leaders into immersive investigative photojournalism projects on social justice and human rights issues around the world. Our tailor-made projects bring critical value to our clients on leadership development and corporate social responsibility and marketing. In consultation with our clients, we design 5-day or 9-day projects, in a country and on an issue of their choosing, and bringing up to 15 of their people to complete the project from scratch. We are craftsmen: DAWNING does not take more than 8 clients a year. We take passionate care of our clients to embark on a unique once-in-a-lifetime project (we never repeat a project), under pressure, against the clock, with very high stakes. The results are extraordinary.All the while, we serve the public with unique stories that have been published by The Washington Post, The Guardian, BBC, Al-Jazeera, and other leading media in 8 languages. As a freelance photographer and retoucher I work for various magazines, advertising agencies and brand groups creating original work. Good art direction and image editing skills are always at hand. My clients include: Playboy, The Travel Channel, HUE Magazine, Woman's Wear Daily, Adobe, FLUD, Pollen Brands, Canopy, Red Jacket Orchards, Frava, The Fashion Institute of Technology, Queen Bee Fibers, Net-A-Porter and many more.

I photographed models and product for Net-A-Porter and Mr.Porter in their US studios in New York. Acted as a liaison between photographers, stylists, managers, product writers and retouchers to ensure accurate photographic representation. Other tasks included model casting, developing style guides, image editing and lighting design.

Worked as a team with Roger on all advertising and editorial photoshoots. I was responsible for all shoot pre-production and on set execution to ensure client satisfaction.
