Delivered through 5 main streams of work: 1) leading ASI towards B Corp certification (a business certified as 'good for the world), and ranking 2nd highest scoring B Corp in the UK. 2) instigating a global programme for bottom-up innovation within the company, 3) the development of ASI’s first environmental strategy and environmental impact assessment, 4) revision of the company’s performance management system to incentivise and assess performance based on alignment with mission based values, and 5) becoming a signatory of the UN Global Compact. Directed the set up of the UK government (FCDO) £15m SEED programme working with government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan. The programme’s aim is to improve economic planning to better serve the 35 million inhabitants of KPK, and is delivered through technical assistance. Led the formation of the team and operating model, overseen the establishment of relationships with government, and has managed the relationship with FCDO. Also oversee the financial performance of the programme, and lead on developing the culture, processes and tools to enable high quality delivery of the programme.
