Job Description Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting efforts, i.e., sourcing and identifying candidates, interviewing, hiring recommendations, offer negotiation and reference checks Calling New & Existing Clients (Developers) on frequent basisPreparing & sending the proposal to the clients for services that we would cater themResearching the Staffing Agencies and understanding the areas we can tapGenerating Lead through References and Various Networks.Taking queries and feedback of the service experience.Maintain report through daily feedback and follow-ups.Preparing Monthly Report and provide the same to management and business head’sPresentation to clients for new projects.
