Responsible for the management of Soul Origin's property department. General duties include management of the Soul Origin property team and planning and execution of store network growth strategy. With a key focus on managing external stakeholder/landlord relationships, lease negotiation, new site acquisition, and overseeing the tenancy delivery process from concept design through to store opening.

Primary retail leasing responsibilities with AMP involved working on the group's $2bn shopping centre development pipeline, which was unlocked via the unwinding of the group's joint venture with Westfield (now Scentre Group) in 2012. Major projects worked on included the $350m redevelopment of Macquarie Shopping Centre and $750m redevelopment of Pacific Fair.Responsibilities included the remix of Macquarie’s food court and casual dining precincts, remix of existing centre national fashion, leasing of project fresh food tenancies, and national and international youth fashion brands in the project.Upon completion of Macquarie Centre I was appointed to the role of Food Category Manager in AMP’s Pacific Fair project. Responsibilities included creation and execution of leasing strategies across five food precincts and standalone food venues & Cafes in the redevelopment of Pacific Fair.

Assets ranged from $120m valued neighbourhood assets in my initial leasing responsibilities, with rapid progression and promotion to leasing assets with a book value of $880+m within three years of entering leasing.Assets under my remit included; Forestway Shopping Centre, Norton Plaza, Carlingford Court, Wollongong Central, Casuarina Square, Charlestown Square, Rouse Hill Town Centre.
