Joined the Board of Professional Reseller Group which owns Stormfront Retail Ltd, the UK’s largest Apple Premium Re-seller, to create and deliver an Employee Benefits business providing Home Technology to employees of UK Blue Chips and to lead the B2B and Education Sales Teams. This has involved introducing B2B sales techniques and processes to what is essentially a retail business. To date we have executed in excess of 250 Employee Benefits schemes, writing circa £12m of business pa to a prestigious corporate client base. Stormfront is now a significant player in the Employee Benefits market, generating annuity revenue and is considered a market leader and innovator in the sector.The creation of our Employee Benefits business and the development of the B2B and Education business has helped Stormfront broaden its market presence away from purely Retail and helped de-risk and diversify the business.

Operations DirectorAfter the sale of Provecta Car Plan I remained with the enlarged business as a shareholder and investor with responsibility for the original Provecta portfolio of accounts.Integrated the Provecta business into the Zenith platform – including the closure of the Reading office and the relocation of the business to Leeds. This required the recruitment and training of an entirely new team. Areas of integration included customer quotation platforms, MI systems, Customer Relationship Management models, finance systems and operational processes.

Operations DirectorJoined Provecta as the first employee in its start up phase, and became a shareholder and investor.We were one of the first to market with this product, and the company grew from start up in 1996, to a corporate client base of 60 Blue Chip companies and 7,500 individual customers, writing £50 million of personal loans pa, and in excess of 85 employees, delivering sales of £12 million and a net profit of £1.2 million in 2008-2009. We were a 2005 Sunday Times Fast Track 100 company, and were also the fastest growing independent company in the Thames Valley, 2004. This is the front line of the DHL operation in the Middle East. All material entering or leaving the region is routed through the Bahrain Hub, where I was responsible for ensuring that inbound material was retrieved from scheduled flights, sorted and dispatched onto outbound scheduled and DHL flights as quickly as possible. This is a high pressure environment, where miss-routed material and missed flight connections are not tolerated.
